Just OK. The rolls were great, but everything else was just average. Steak ordered medium rare came medium well. Ribs were not very meaty and were not smoked as far as the taste goes. Sides just average. Beer selection was very limited. Like someone else said, similar to Applebees, Chilis, etc.

My first time here I was very impressed! The server was amazing. The manager came out and talked to us and gave us a free sample platter of the calabash chicken, it was great. I also had calabash shrimp and it was very good. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Best take out service I've received in a LONG time! Feeding large office staff, and each meal was marked w/staff member name. There were bags to go with each meal, filled with condiments, utensils, extra dressings and 2 rolls. The staff was so pleased that they all received exactly what they asked for. The team at this Fatz is also one of the friendliest we've had the pleasure to deal with. I have an elderly father who is treated like a part of THEIR family every time we go in. A+ on customer service, food and take out service!

They absolutely have the best "chicken fingers" called " calabash" chicken. Amazing. A must every time we visit Rock Hill. We had an amazing waiter who was very attentive, funny, and even recommended food to us that turned out to be very good. Definitely one of my favorite places in Rock Hill.

Went to Fatz two days ago have got to say it was the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Our server Bryant, was on the spot, great personality and had great knowledge he of the menu. He joked with us and made the family smile! Good was fabulous. We will defineltey be back and will ask for him again! Thanks Fatz and Bryant!

I'm going to go all out with 5 stars on this review. The food was very good, no complaints at all. But what put it over the top was the Service. The employees were amazing! From the moment we walked in the doors which were held open for us by smiling, seemingly happy hostesses, to be seated at our table in the bar area, to our waitress and anyone else who came along to check on us we were made to feel genuinely welcome there. Service was spot on too, and the waitress offered helpful suggestions. When we needed 1 more minute to look at the menus, unlike most restaurants she came back in about 1 minute! Usually you lose the waitress if you say you need 1 more minute, and they go take a break. Not here. Thanks Fatz, for serving great food and bringing in quality employees, it shows!!

Fatz in Rock Hill has become a favorite. I usually have the baby back ribs, but this time I opted for a change. I tried the Parmesan encrusted whitefish with a lemon Butter over a bed of rice. First of all I am not a seafood lover, but I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. It was light and flavorful. The rice was perfectly cooked. The service was very good, attentive but not overbearing. The waitress was personable and we appreciated her service. We'll be back.

I've never really been a fan of FATZ. I have been to several locations with other people that really seem to enjoy it. To me...FATZ isn't all that different than the Ruby Tuesday's and Applebees of the world. The yeast rolls they offer are hands down, the best thing there. The prices are around the $10 mark for meals. All the dishes you could get at restaurants of the like, are mediocre at best. Shining star: The shrimp and grits (fantastic!)

Had to run in get my lunch to go and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my lunch. Calabash Chicken with fries, and clam chowder on the side; ate the chicken while waiting at Sprint and saved the rest for later. Jen the young lady who took my birthday coupon and brought my lunch to me was exceptionally friendly and proficient in doing her job. Thanks Jen and FATZ for the awesome food and service.

I've eaten at Fatz many times. Food there is always what you would expect from a chain restaurant. I've tried all different dishes there and have never had anything I didn't like. I can't say that I've had anything that blew my taste buds away though. Prices are average for a chain restaurant. I would recommend staying away from the Chicken Pot Pie though. I LOVE me some chicken pot pie and ordered it during one of my visits only to return it and get a hamburger. It tasted alright but for about $9 I expect more than a VERY shallow bowl. You get more at KFC! My children do miss the call button they used to have to call your server to your table, but I do understand why that probably went away. It was just too tempting to push that button! Bottom line I have eaten there many times, have even had take out and I will probably go again, it's just not some place we can't wait to go there again.
